We offer a self-study program that utilizes a scientific based mind/body meditation practice to improve your life. After participating in our 4-week course, you can complete court mandated community service hours through our public outreach initiative.
Our program presents new insights explaining why the daily practice of meditation can provide a great antidote to today's stressful living. Participants enjoy better health and well being through what occurs naturally in their own bodies.
Through the intense study of neurobiolgoy, brian plasticity, and brain chemistry, our project addresses what happens on a cellular level when the mind/body achieves deeper meditative states.
